Punam Rogers Presents Webinar on DEI Programs After the Supreme Court SFFA Decision

Speaking Engagement

Constangy Partner Punam Rogers will present a webinar on navigating the DEI regulatory landscape after the Supreme Court's decision in Students for Fair Admissions Inc. v. President & Fellows of Harvard College. The webinar, hosted by Strafford, will take place on June 5th from 10-11:30 a.m. PT.

Corporate DEI programs have been heavily scrutinized since the Supreme Court's 2023 SFFA decision. This program will offer strategies for building data-driven diversity initiatives that balance corporate goals, values, and emerging compliance challenges. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of the current status of DEI, how to set internal goals and benchmark progress, and how to mitigate risk. This program is being offered for 1.5 hours of CLE credit.
