Rich Goldberg is a Philadelphia-based partner and vice chair of the Constangy Cyber Team. Rich has over 25 years of experience managing the response to cybersecurity incidents and advising clients on complex regulatory matters. Prior to joining Constangy, Rich served as a cyber attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, where he prosecuted cyber and intellectual property crimes. He frequently speaks on topics like incident response, artificial intelligence, and cyber insurance at industry-focused events.
