Constangy Cyber Team vice chair Rich Goldberg will join a roster of esteemed speakers at the 2025 Complex Claims & Litigation Forum. This annual event will take place at Green Valley Resort in Las Vegas, NV from February 24 - 26. 

The Complex Claims & Litigation Forum provides professionals in the complex claims industry with networking opportunities and educational sessions on the evolving insurance landscape. Rich's presentation - "Data Privacy Takeaways: Lessons Learned from Major Data Breaches" - is scheduled for 10:45 a.m. on February 24. Rich and other presenters will discuss strategies for preventing data breaches caused by ransomware and business email compromise.

Rich Goldberg is a partner based in Philadelphia and vice chair of the Constangy Cyber Team. With over 25 years of experience, Rich manages the response to cybersecurity incidents and advises clients on complex regulatory matters. A former cyber attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, Rich has prosecuted cyber and intellectual property crimes. He frequently speaks on topics like ransomware and cyber insurance.
