Constangy Cyber Team vice chair, Richard Goldberg, is scheduled to present at the American Bar Association's Business Law 2024 Spring Meeting. This event will take place in Orlando, FL and online from April 4th - 6th. 

Richard is set to join a panel - "Where There is Data Smoke, There is Business Fire: Mediation as a Cost-Effective Method of Resolving Data Breaches" - on Saturday, April 6th at 10 a.m. This event will feature more than 200 expert speakers from around the world and attendees have the opportunity to earn CLE credit from up to 50 programs.

Richard is a seasoned cybersecurity attorney based in Philadelphia, boasting over 25 years of expertise in guiding clients through data breaches and other cybersecurity incidents. Before his tenure at Constangy, he held key roles as a cyber attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice and served in leadership capacities within the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Philadelphia. Renowned for his knowledge, Richard is frequently sought after to speak on cybersecurity subjects such as ransomware, cyber insurance, and regulatory landscapes.
