Richard will join other cybersecurity and insurance professionals to discuss this year's results and insights from the frontlines of cyber incidents.

Richard is a Philadelphia-based cybersecurity attorney with more than 25 years of experience assisting clients with cybers matters, including responding to data breaches and other cybersecurity incidents. Prior to joining Constangy, Richard served as a cyber attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice and in multiple leadership positions within the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Philadelphia. Richard is a sought-after presenter on topics related to cybersecurity, including ransomware, cyber insurance, and the regulatory environment.
