Sarah Robertson Joins Webinar on EPLI Coverage for Surplus Line Association of California

Constangy partner Sarah Robertson joined a webinar hosted by the Surplus Line Association of California on April 18th. The presentation, entitled "EPLI Coverage, Who Needs It?," was intended to help brokers understand their clients' risk and limit exposure to employment liability claims. Sarah and other panelists discussed employment legal issues, including the recent rise in employee lawsuits, and answered commonly asked questions regarding EPLI insurance policies. This program was offered for Continuing Education (CE) credits.

Sarah is a partner out of Constangy's San Francisco office and CO-CHAIR of our Employment Litigation Prevention and Defense practice group. A highly experienced litigator, Sarah focuses her practice on the defense of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, as well as claims relating to medical leave issues. In addition, Sarah litigates actions relating to wage and hour issues, unfair competition, and misappropriation of trade secrets.
