Constangy partner and Workplace Investigations practice group chair Sasha Thaler will present an MCLE program - 'Conducting Effective Workplace Investigations' - for MCLE New England on October 16th at 12 p.m. ET. 

Learning how to conduct thorough and impartial investigations into workplace complaints is crucial for any organization. In this program, Sasha and other panelists will address the key considerations of internal investigations and share crucial insights on how to address these challenges. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of the importance of confidentiality and impartiality, how to minimize workplace disruptions, and how to prevent retaliation. This program is being offered for 2.0 hours of MCLE credit in select states. The webcast is also available to stream on October 31st at 9 a.m. ET and November 8th at 11 a.m. ET.

Sasha has nearly two decades of experience advising employers on workplace compliance challenges and conducting internal investigations. She counsels clients on federal and state laws, including the FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and Title VII, and creates workplace policies covering hiring, terminations, leaves, and wage standards. Sasha frequently leads internal investigations on discrimination, harassment, and wage violations, and serves as an independent investigator in Title IX and workplace discrimination matters. She also drafts employment contracts and defends businesses in litigation and agency actions. Sasha is a sought-after speaker on these topics.
