Sasha has nearly two decades of experience advising and defending employers in workplace investigations and related matters. She conducts internal investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, unprofessional conduct, and wage and hour violations. She also serves as an independent investigator for higher education institutions on Title IX and workplace discrimination cases. Sasha counsels employers on compliance with federal and state laws, including the FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and WARN Act, and creates tailored workplace policies to address hiring, terminations, employee disputes, and more. When disputes arise, she defends businesses in litigation and agency actions, coordinating defense strategies and handling agency responses. Sasha is a recognized thought leader and frequent presenter on workplace regulatory issues.
