The webinar, titled "Understanding and Applying the SEC’s New Cybersecurity Rules," is scheduled for February 27th at 2 p.m. ET. Sean will join a panel of other cybersecurity professionals to discuss the new rules and provide insights into understanding their compliance obligations. 

Topics will include:

  • Understanding New SEC Cybersecurity rules
  • What constitutes a material event, and what goes into the 8-K filing
  • Best practices for companies as they look to the annual Cybersecurity Disclosure Provisions
  • How Cyber and D&O Insurance policies respond to these issue
