NetDiligence's Cyber Risk Summit is an event dedicated to fostering discussions between cyber professionals on critical issues and trends shaping the cybersecurity and data privacy space. Sean's panel, 'Sector Risk: Higher Education,' is scheduled for 3:10 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21st. Sean and other panelists will delve into the cybersecurity and data privacy challenges impacting colleges and universities, including compliance standards, responding to cyber incidents, and cyber insurance coverage and exclusions.

Sean leads Constangy's Portland and Seattle offices and chairs the Constangy Cyber Team, which consists of more than 50 attorneys who have managed thousands of responses to cybersecurity incidents, helped implement proactive data security and privacy programs in compliance with state, federal, and international laws, and guided clients through complex data breach and data privacy litigation and investigations. Sean is a recognized thought leader in this space who is frequently called upon to speak at industry conferences and contribute interviews and quotes to national publications on topics related to cybersecurity. He has also been recognized by Cybersecurity Docket as one of the top data breach response lawyers in the U.S. seven years in a row.
