Constangy partner, Steven Katz, is scheduled to present at the California Lawyers Association's Annual Meeting, which takes place from September 21st to September 23rd, 2023, in San Diego, California.

This three-day annual event brings together hundreds of legal-industry professionals to discuss trending topics across all practice areas. Steven's session - 'Writing for Experienced Litigators' - is scheduled for 3 - 4:15 pm PT and is being offered for 1.25 hours of MCLE credit. 

Steven Katz is a partner and a co-leader of Constangy's Appellate practice group. He has extensive experience handling appeal and writ proceedings, including before the United States Supreme Court, the California Supreme Court, and half the federal circuit courts. He also regularly defends employers in class, representative, and collective actions.
