She has represented companies in both state and federal court and before administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights and the New York City Commission of Human Rights, New York Department of Labor, and the New Jersey Department of Labor. Taren has also represented clients in matters in Ohio, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Texas and Tennessee, among other states. Taren works diligently to advocate for her clients and to provide them with zealous defense and representation. Both small businesses and Fortune 500 companies regularly call upon Taren to provide advice on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as to conduct sensitive workplace investigations. Taren’s extensive experience has helped to quickly establish her knowledge in the area of labor and employment law.
