Tim Davis Speaks at SHRM24 Conference on Labor Relations

Speaking Engagement

Constangy partner Tim Davis will present at SHRM24 in Chicago, Illinois. This annual event, hosted by the Society for Human Resource Management, will be held from June 23rd-26th.

The NLRA's new changes will have sweeping impacts on private-sector employees. In particular, these guidelines give unions new pathways to organize and restrict employers' ability to educate employees during union campaigns. Tim's presentation - "Labor Board Seizes Control - New Critical Challenges for ALL Private Sector Employers" - will provide attendees with essential updates on these legal changes and offer strategies to prepare management for the new pro-labor environment and heightened union activism. The session is scheduled for Tuesday, June 25th at 2 p.m. CT.

Tim is an experienced employment attorney advising clients on compliance with NLRA, FMLA, Title VII, ADA, FLSA, and other employment laws. He specializes in complex terminations, union-free operations, non-discrimination policies, FMLA and ADA compliance, and internal audits. Tim represents clients before the NLRB, EEOC, and DOL, and in federal and state courts. He is also the head of the firm's Kansas City office and a sought-after speaker on employment law issues.
