Tim Davis to Present on New NLRB Union Representation Standard at Illinois SHRM Conference

Speaking Engagement

Recently, the National Labor Relations Board changed more than 50 years of existing law when they released a ruling that would force employers to recognize a union in their workplace without an employee vote in some cases. This development could have dramatic implications for non-union employers.

On October 24th at 9 a.m. CT, Constangy partner, Tim Davis, will present a program on the new legal standard and steps non-union employers can take immediately to prepare their workplaces for this drastic change.

Tim is a partner working out of Constangy's Kansas City and St. Louis offices. He is also a member of our Labor Relations team, where he advises clients on a variety of union-related issues, including union-organizing campaigns. He also represents employers before the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor’s Wage & Hour Division and in federal and state court.
