Constangy partner Tim Newton will present on employment law issues for the Southwest Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce's Thought Leader Thursday series on October 10th. The presentation will be held from 8:00 - 9:30 a.m. at the Hilton Atlanta Northeast.

Tim will provide attendees with a thorough overview of current legal issues facing employers and future trends to look for in 2025 and beyond, including how the results of the presidential election may impact labor and employment laws.

Tim Newton is a partner in Constangy's Atlanta office who represents employers in state and federal court litigation. His experience includes single-plaintiff, class, and collective actions involving the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Fair Labor Standards Act), the Family and Medical Leave Act, and other state and federal laws. Tim also counsels clients on employee relations issues and presents training sessions, including harassment, diversity, FMLA/ADA, investigations, and proper employee documentation.
