Timothy Davis to Present Webinar on New NLRB Union Representation Standard

Speaking Engagement

Constangy partner, Timothy Davis, will present a webinar on the National Labor Relations Board's recent change to the union representation standard on Friday, September 8th.

This urgent legal update comes on the heels of a dramatic decision issued by the NLRB on August 25th, which allows the Board to use unfair labor practice proceedings to force employers to recognize a union without an employee vote and imposes a 14-day window for recognition after a union demand.

The webinar, scheduled for 12 - 1 p.m. CT, will address the new legal standard and the immediate impact it may have on employers. Attendance is limited to the first 500 attendees.

Timothy Davis leads Constangy's Kansas City office and is a member of our labor relations team, where he helps clients proactively address issues related to unions. Tim has represented employers in all aspects of union organizing campaigns, including advising on compliance with the NLRA, liaising with union organizers, and advising employers on conduct during union organizing campaigns.
