Amanda Novak Earns Space Cybersecurity Professional Digital Badge
Constangy is pleased to announce that Cyber Team member Amanda Novak has earned the Space Cybersecurity Professional Digital Badge from the Indiana University Space Governance Lab and the Kelley School of Business Executive Education program.
The ten-week online program is the first certificate program in the United States—and globally—to focus specifically on protecting space assets from cyberattacks. Designed for professionals working at the intersection of technology, law, policy, and the space sector, the curriculum explores the growing convergence of cybersecurity and space operations, examining the legal, regulatory, and operational challenges associated with securing space infrastructure in an increasingly complex threat environment.
The program features instruction from leading experts in industry, government, and academia and provides participants with a foundation in space cybersecurity principles and best practices. As commercial activity in space continues to expand and organizations become increasingly dependent on space-based technologies, the program equips professionals with valuable insight into an area of growing legal and regulatory significance.
Amanda advises clients on cybersecurity, privacy, and technology matters, helping organizations navigate evolving regulatory requirements and manage cyber risk. Her completion of the Space Cybersecurity Professional Digital Badge further strengthens Constangy's ability to counsel clients operating in or supporting the rapidly evolving space sector.
