Speaking Engagement

Constangy partner Anjie Cabrera will present at the 2026 Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA)/VIA Corporate Counsel Conference, taking place March 11–13, 2026, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The HNBA Corporate Counsel Conference is an annual event that brings together more than 800 in-house and outside counsel, judges, law students, and business leaders for three days of CLE programming, networking, and professional development.

Anjie’s session, “Game On! AI, Diversity, Labor Rights & Wage Compliance in 2026 – Your Daily Double on the Latest Legal Trends,” will be held on Thursday, March 12, from 10:30–11:45 a.m. The interactive employment law update will examine the most significant workplace developments of 2026 through a dynamic, game-show-style format.

Panelists will address emerging issues involving artificial intelligence in employment decision-making, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, labor rights and recent NLRB developments, and wage and hour compliance. Through real-world hypotheticals, audience participation, and “Daily Double” moments, the session will provide practical guidance for identifying risk, navigating compliance challenges, and advising employers and employees in an evolving regulatory landscape.
