Constangy Appoints Darrick McDuffie as Co-Chair of Trade Secrets & Unfair Competition Practice Group

Constangy is pleased to announce the appointment of Darrick McDuffie, a partner in the firm’s Atlanta, Georgia office, as co-chair of the Trade Secrets & Unfair Competition Practice Group. He will serve alongside Jackie Johnson, a partner based in Texas.

With more than two decades of legal experience, Darrick is a respected advocate for businesses navigating complex workplace legal issues. His practice focuses on:

• Workplace investigations involving discrimination and harassment claims
• Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) investigations
• Employment discrimination lawsuits, including systemic discrimination claims
• Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) collective actions
• Trade secrets and restrictive covenant litigation, including non-competition and non-solicitation agreements
• Compliance counseling on employment laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)

Darrick is known for his ability to craft practical, cost-effective legal strategies tailored to clients’ business objectives.
