Justin guides employers through the complexities of U.S. immigration law, helping them build and manage immigration programs that align with their talent and business goals. Based in Raleigh, he focuses on business immigration matters for domestic and multinational companies across a wide range of industries.

He advises employers on temporary and permanent visa strategies, immigration compliance, and workforce mobility, working closely with clients in technology, manufacturing, logistics, finance, higher education, and hospitality. Justin also counsels employers on I-9 compliance, E-Verify requirements, H-1B wage and hour issues, and the anti-discrimination provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act. He regularly conducts compliance training to help employers respond to evolving regulatory requirements and maintain effective immigration programs.

With more than 20 years of experience in business immigration, Justin serves as a trusted advisor to employers seeking to align their immigration strategies with broader operational goals.
