Constangy Named to BTI Super Listener A-Team 2026

Award

Constangy is proud to announce that the firm has been named to the BTI Super Listener A-Team 2026, a newly established ranking by BTI Consulting Group recognizing law firms that clients identify as top performers in business development.

The firm earned a place on this inaugural list based on direct feedback from corporate counsel, who highlighted Constangy’s ability to build strong client relationships and translate meaningful conversations into trusted partnerships and new business opportunities.

“This recognition reflects something we prioritize every day—listening carefully to our clients and responding in ways that are practical, thoughtful, and aligned with their business goals,” said Neil Wasser, chair of Constangy’s executive committee. “We’re honored that our clients see that commitment and value the way we engage with them.”

According to BTI, the Super Listener A-Team identifies firms that excel in the behaviors clients say matter most when selecting outside counsel, including understanding client goals, devising creative solutions, and fostering collaborative relationships. The ranking is based on independent, unprompted feedback from more than 350 corporate counsel, making it a unique measure of how firms perform in real-world client interactions.

Constangy was recognized among firms that outperform peers in turning client engagement into lasting relationships and new opportunities, with clients specifically highlighting the firm as a “Standout” in Innovative Solutions (Top 20% of all firms) and Creativity (Top 29%), and as “Distinguished” in Co-Solutioning (Top 24%). These recognitions align with the six core behaviors BTI identifies as most critical to client relationships—led by “super listening,” along with anticipating needs, delivering innovative solutions, exercising creativity, educating clients, and co-solutioning to solve business challenges.
