Constangy Recognized in BTI Associate Satisfaction A-Listers 2026 Report

Constangy is pleased to announce that the firm has been recognized in the BTI Associate Satisfaction A-Listers 2026 report, an annual ranking highlighting law firms that provide standout associate experiences and workplace satisfaction.

The report is based on feedback from more than 5,000 law firm associates nationwide and evaluates firms across seven core drivers of associate satisfaction: career help, training access, mentoring, growth opportunity, partner investment in associates, overall satisfaction, and compensation.

Constangy was recognized among firms earning distinction for delivering a strong associate experience in an increasingly competitive legal talent market.

According to BTI Consulting Group, firms included in the report are ranked in four tiers — Best of the Best, Leaders, Distinguished, and Unrecognized — based entirely on associate feedback. The study also reflects broader trends shaping the legal industry, including increasing lateral movement among associates, declining optimism about long-term growth opportunities at firms, and continued concerns around mentoring and workplace satisfaction.
