Damon serves as office managing partner of Constangy's Jacksonville, Florida, office. He represents private and public employers in complex workplace matters, with a focus on defending claims involving employment discrimination, wage and hour disputes, constitutional issues, and civil rights matters, particularly for public sector employers.

In addition to his litigation practice, Damon advises employers on proactive compliance strategies, workplace policies, risk management, and other employment law issues. He works closely with organizational leadership to address sensitive workplace challenges, strengthen compliance programs, and reduce legal risk.

Damon has extensive experience defending employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, equal pay, defamation, invasion of privacy, and breach of contract claims. He also counsels clients on labor relations issues, including collective bargaining negotiations, grievance arbitrations, and union-related matters, and has served as chief negotiator during collective bargaining. His practice also includes conducting workplace training, policy reviews, and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) compliance counseling.

Throughout his career, Damon has successfully represented employers in federal and state courts, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings. A frequent speaker on labor and employment law topics, he regularly presents to HR professionals, executives, managers, and business owners on emerging workplace legal developments and practical compliance strategies.

Damon is board certified in Labor and Employment Law by The Florida Bar, a distinction recognizing his substantial experience and professionalism in the field.
