Dean Kpere-Daibo Speaks at National Employment Law Council 2026 Annual Conference
Constangy partner Dean Kpere-Daibo will speak at the National Employment Law Council (NELC) 2026 Annual Conference, taking place April 29 – May 1 at the Loews Midtown in Atlanta, Georgia.
The conference offers three days of learning and professional growth, featuring sessions led by experienced leaders in labor and employment law. Designed to provide practical, actionable insights, the event focuses on the latest developments, trends, and strategies shaping the field. Attendees will have the opportunity to deepen their expertise, stay ahead of emerging challenges, and connect with thought leaders driving innovation in labor and employment law.
Dean will join the Labor Law Update panel on April 30 from 1:30 – 2:45 p.m. This breakout session will address anticipated changes in enforcement trends at the National Labor Relations Board under the new presidential administration and board leadership. Dean will discuss how these shifts may impact union organizing, enforcement actions, workplace rules, and interpretations of employee rights under the National Labor Relations Act, as well as identify anticipated challenges and best practices for managing labor relations.

Dean Kpere-Daibo is a partner at Constangy and co-chair of the firm’s Labor Relations practice group. He represents management in all areas of labor and employment law, with a focus on traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, union organizing campaigns, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.
