Michelle Meek is a partner in Constangy’s San Diego office, where she defends employers in complex employment litigation and provides proactive counsel to promote workplace compliance. With over 15 years of experience, she represents clients in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour matters, including class and collective actions. Michelle also conducts training for managers and HR teams on preventing workplace harassment and managing employee issues effectively.

Dorothy Black is a partner in Constangy’s San Diego office, representing employers in a broad range of employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes. She is known for her strategic approach to defending class and individual claims and for conducting effective anti-harassment and HR compliance trainings in both English and Spanish. Dorothy also advises employers on workplace policies, employee misconduct, and compliance issues.
