Guillermo and Michelle will lead an in-depth discussion on 1-9 compliance and ICE audit readiness. This program will cover key legal obligations, enforcement trends, and practical steps HR professionals can take to minimize risk and maintain a compliant workforce.

Michelle Meek is a partner in Constangy’s San Diego office with over 15 years of experience in labor and employment law. She defends employers in complex litigation and advises on workplace policies, compliance, and training to help prevent legal issues before they arise. She also leads workplace training sessions on various aspects of employment law, equipping employers with the knowledge needed to navigate the complex legal landscape confidently.

Guillermo Escobedo serves as managing partner for Constangy's San Diego office.
