Joyce Dos Santos Named New England Legal Award “Rising Star” Winner

The “Rising Star” category honors outstanding attorneys under the age of 40 who have demonstrated excellence in the courtroom, exceptional client service, leadership in bar associations, and a commitment to pro bono or community work.

Joyce is a dedicated employment defense attorney, counseling and advising employers on a broad range of workplace issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Known for her compassionate approach and solution-driven strategies, she provides clients with the personal attention and thoughtful guidance needed to navigate complex workplace challenges.

Her professional achievements have been widely recognized: in addition to this latest honor, Joyce was named to the 2022 Lawyers of Color Annual “Hot List,” highlighting attorneys excelling in their practices while advancing diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.
