Constangy partner Justin Coffey was quoted in an article for The American Lawyer discussing the increased need for immigration attorney services as a result of President Donald Trump’s proclamation that added a $100,00 fee on top of existing costs for new applicants for H-1B visas. 

Justin remarked that it was “probably too early to say” what the long-term impacts will be for immigration practices. He explained how clients are still trying to sort through the proclamation requirements that initially caused “chaos and panic” before social media posts and legal guidance helped clarify information about the proclamation.
