Kim Seten and Guillermo Escobedo Present at 2026 ACC Annual Meeting
Constangy office managing partners Kimberly “Kim” Seten and Guillermo Escobedo will present at the 2026 Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Annual Meeting, taking place October 4–7, 2026, in Boston, Massachusetts. The Annual Meeting brings together in-house legal professionals from around the world for educational programming, networking, and discussion of challenges facing the profession.
The ACC Annual Meeting is the organization’s flagship event and is expected to bring together more than 2,500 in-house counsel. The conference provides attendees with opportunities to explore practical strategies for addressing legal and business challenges, exchange ideas with peers, and participate in educational sessions on topics relevant to the in-house legal community.
Kim and Guillermo will present “How to Run a Defensible ADA Accommodation Process from Start to Finish” on Tuesday, October 6, from 1:45–3:00 p.m. The interactive, “choose your own adventure” session will use a single case study and live voting to walk participants through key decision points in the ADA accommodation process, including initiation, evaluation, and documentation. The session will also address balancing operational realities with legal obligations and explore how Family and Medical Leave Act and workers’ compensation considerations interact with ADA leave.
