The conference, themed “Rhythms of Excellence: Strategies for Veterinary Hospital Success,” brought together veterinary hospital leaders and managers to explore leadership, operational efficiency, and strategies to enhance practice performance and patient care.

Lara presented “The Employment Law Roundup: What Just Happened and What’s Coming Next,” where she discussed recent employment law developments, including legislative and regulatory changes, emerging workplace trends, and the growing impact of AI in employment practices.
