Lori Armstrong Halber Joins Constangy as a Partner in Philadelphia
Constangy is pleased to announce that Lori Armstrong Halber joined the firm as a partner in its Philadelphia office.

Her arrival deepens our bench and enhances our ability to support employers in the market and across the country with the practical, high-impact counsel they expect from Constangy.”

Lori is a seasoned labor and employment attorney with extensive experience representing employers in complex employment litigation, traditional labor matters, and workplace dispute resolution. Lori has achieved notable jury trial successes and favorable outcomes for employers in federal and state courts and administrative agencies. She advises and defends employers across a broad range of industries in matters involving claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
In addition to her litigation practice, Lori regularly represents employers before the National Labor Relations Board in union organizing campaigns and unfair labor practice proceedings, negotiates collective bargaining agreements, and counsels management on labor relations strategy.
Lori is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and serves as a regional committee co-chair of the American Bar Association’s Committee on Practice and Procedure under the National Labor Relations Act. She is an adjunct professor at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law and a mediator in the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Alternative Dispute Resolution program.
She received her J.D. from Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law, her M.B.A. from Temple University’s Fox School of Business, and her B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Lori is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as multiple federal appellate and district courts.
