Lori Armstrong Halber is a partner in Constangy’s Philadelphia office with decades of experience advising and defending employers in complex labor and employment matters. She represents management in employment litigation, traditional labor relations, collective bargaining, and grievance arbitrations, and regularly counsels employers on workplace strategy, compliance, and risk mitigation. Lori is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and serves as Regional Co-Chair of the ABA Committee on Practice and Procedure Under the NLRA.
