Missy Spainhour is a seasoned labor and employment attorney with extensive experience representing employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and restrictive covenant matters, among others. She has successfully tried cases to verdict, resolved countless disputes through mediation and settlement, and regularly advises employers on day-to-day workplace issues, policies, and compliance. A certified mediator and member of the Association of Workplace Investigators, Missy also conducts independent workplace investigations and frequently trains and speaks on employment law topics.
