Nestor Barrero Presents CLE Webinar for Los Angeles County Bar Association
Constangy partner Nestor Barrero will join the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Diversity in the Profession Section CLE webinar, “Reading the Room: Skills Every Lawyer Uses Daily,” on February 26, at 12 p.m. PT.
The program will explore the human skills that shape effective lawyering, including navigating personalities and power dynamics, building trust, managing conflict, and adapting to new teams and environments. Drawing from experience across law firm practice, in-house roles, and alternative dispute resolution, Nestor and other panelists will offer practical insights lawyers can apply in client relationships, negotiations, leadership, and business development.
The webinar is approved for one hour of general CLE credit and will be presented via Zoom.
Nestor Barrero is a partner in Constangy’s Los Angeles and Orange County offices. He counsels employers on workplace compliance, litigation avoidance, and complex employment matters, and regularly defends companies in wrongful termination and discrimination claims through mediation, arbitration, and litigation. Nestor has significant experience advising clients in the entertainment industry and other fast-paced, highly regulated sectors, providing practical guidance to in-house legal and HR teams on sensitive employment issues.
