Speaking Engagement

Panels moderated by Constangy Cyber Team vice chair Alyssa Watzman and partner Ryan Steidl at the NetDiligence Cyber Risk Summit in San Diego are now available to view on demand. These sessions were originally presented during the conference held May 13–15, 2025.

Alyssa’s panel, “2024 Claims & Losses Update,” examined trends in recent cyber claims and incident data, offering practical insights for risk evaluation, insurance coverage, and incident response. Panelists shared real-world scenarios and key takeaways to help organizations and insurers prepare for evolving threats.

Ryan’s panel, “Issues Impacting Minors,” focused on the increasing cyber and data privacy risks facing children and teens. The discussion covered legal obligations under COPPA, challenges tied to EdTech platforms, emerging AI-related threats, and how insurers and companies can mitigate risks related to minors' digital exposure.
