Constangy partner Ray Poole recently spoke at the Florida Association of Counties Trust (FACT) Risk Management Conference, held Feb. 5–6 in St. Johns County, Florida. Ray presented a session titled “Documentation, Retention, and Destruction,” addressing key considerations for effective records management and risk mitigation.
The annual FACT Risk Management Conference brings together public-sector and legal professionals to discuss emerging issues and best practices in risk management.
