Constangy partner Ray Poole will speak at the Florida Public Employer Labor Relations Association (FPELRA) 52nd Annual Training Conference, held February 2–4, 2026, in Orlando, Florida.

The FPELRA Annual Training Conference brings together public sector labor relations, employee relations, and human resources professionals for timely education and networking. 

Ray’s presentation, “Handling Grievances and Arbitrations – Preparing to Win,” is scheduled for Tuesday, February 3, at 10:45 a.m. The session will focus on practical strategies for effectively managing grievances and arbitrations in the public sector, with an emphasis on preparation, advocacy, and positioning cases for successful outcomes.

Ray Poole is a partner in Constangy’s Jacksonville office who represents educational institutions and employers in complex labor and employment matters across Florida. With more than 30 years of experience, he advises colleges, universities, and K–12 school districts on collective bargaining, employee discipline, grievances, and arbitration. Ray is dual board certified in Labor & Employment Law and Education Law and has served as Chief Legal Counsel for Duval County Public Schools and Chief of Legal Services for the Nassau County School District.
