Rich Goldberg Presents at 14th Annual Cyber Liability Insurance ExecuSummit
Constangy Cyber Team vice chair Rich Goldberg will present at the 14th Annual Cyber Liability Insurance ExecuSummit on March 11–12, 2026, at the Mohegan Sun Hotel & Convention Center in Uncasville, Connecticut.
The ExecuSummit is designed specifically for cyber liability professionals and features a day-and-a-half of focused educational programming and networking opportunities addressing emerging risks and industry trends.
Rich’s session, “Data Mining & Breach Notification in the Age of Class Actions,” is scheduled for Thursday, March 12, at 11:00 a.m. ET. The panel will examine how to manage uncertainty during the data mining process and how strategic, well-informed decisions early in an incident response can position organizations for a stronger defense. Rich and fellow panelists will provide practical insight into coordinating legal, technical, and claims considerations in high-stakes breach scenarios.

Rich Goldberg is vice chair of Constangy’s Cyber Team and is based in Philadelphia. He counsels clients on all aspects of data privacy and cybersecurity, with a focus on complex incident response, crisis management, and regulatory investigations.
