Rich is a vice chair of the Constangy Cyber Team and has extensive experience managing responses to data privacy and security incidents, including complex regulatory matters involving data security. He has handled incidents of varying sizes and types, including matters affecting millions of consumers across dozens of countries. Before entering private practice, Rich served as a specially trained cybercrime prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice and held multiple leadership positions within the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Philadelphia. He also has significant crisis management experience, including preparing federal, state, and local agencies for National Special Security Events.
