Cyber Claims Academy is an annual event featuring informative cybersecurity, incident response, and cyber insurance sessions led by industry professionals. Rich Goldberg is a partner and vice chair of the Constangy Cyber Team, based in Philadelphia. With over 25 years of experience, including as a former cybercrime prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice, Richard advises clients on complex cybersecurity incidents and regulatory matters. He has handled data breaches impacting millions across multiple jurisdictions and is recognized for his leadership in cyber crisis management and regulatory response. Richard also serves as an adjunct professor at Villanova Law School and is a frequent speaker on ransomware, cyber insurance, and data privacy enforcement.
