Constangy Cyber Team chair Sean Hoar will join a distinguished roster of cybersecurity and AI leaders at the 2025 Cybersecurity at Duke Annual Conference. This two-day event will be held October 23–24 at Duke University’s Penn Pavilion in Durham, North Carolina.

Sean will speak on the panel “Best Practices for Implementing Resilience” from 2:15 – 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 23. He and his fellow panelists will discuss practical strategies to help organizations build resilience and strengthen defenses against evolving cyber threats in an increasingly complex digital landscape.

Sean leads Constangy’s Portland and Seattle offices and serves as the chair of the Constangy Cyber Team. Before joining Constangy, Sean was a cyber attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice, where he led high-profile cybercrime prosecutions and worked closely with the FBI and Secret Service—earning the prestigious Director’s Award twice.
