Silvio J. Talarico Joins Constangy as Chief Financial Officer

Constangy is pleased to announce that Silvio J. Talarico, CPA, CLM, has joined the firm as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Sil brings more than 25 years of legal industry leadership experience in finance, operations, and technology.

As CFO, Sil will join Constangy’s leadership and focus on financial strategy, planning, reporting, and finance operations. He will play a pivotal role in ensuring the firm’s continued financial strength and supporting disciplined growth across the national firm.

Sil's broad background spans the range of administrative leadership that drives successful law firm performance. He has served as Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer in large, mid-sized, and boutique law firms. His work included performance management programs, merger integrations, profitability improvements, technology modernization, process improvement, and national real estate portfolio oversight.

Sil is also a frequent industry speaker and an active contributor to professional development programs through the Association of Legal Administrators and other industry organizations.
