Steve Katz Presents CLE on Legal Writing for Santa Cruz County Bar Association

Constangy partner Steve Katz will present a CLE program for the Santa Cruz County Bar Association titled “Legal Writing for Experienced Litigators.” This virtual program is scheduled for Thursday, May 22, from 12 – 1 p.m. PDT.

Specifically designed for seasoned litigators looking to sharpen their writing and editing skills, this program will include practical tips for improving the clarity, impact, and effectiveness of legal writing. Attendees will learn how to craft persuasive written legal arguments and produce polished, professional documents. This session is approved for 1.0 hours of California MCLE credit.

Steve Katz is a partner and a co-chair of Constangy's Appellate practice group. He has extensive experience handling appeal and writ proceedings, including before the United States Supreme Court, the California Supreme Court, and half the federal circuit courts. He also regularly defends employers in class, representative, and collective actions.
