Constangy partner Tim Davis recently spoke at the 2025 Disability Inclusion Summit on September 25, 2025. This event, hosted by the Center for Disability Inclusion, took place at the Diamond Conference Center in Kansas City and was also available virtually.

The annual summit brought together more than 200 attendees to explore strategies for advancing disability inclusion in the workplace. This year’s program featured speakers covering a range of timely topics, including universal design, data-driven engagement, disability hiring, digital accessibility, and changes in legal policy. The event also featured a vendor showcase, book fair, and networking opportunities designed to foster connection, share lived experiences, and inspire action toward building more inclusive workplaces.

Tim Davis is a partner and head of Constangy’s Kansas City office. He advises employers on a wide range of labor and employment law issues, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
