Constangy partner Tim Newton will be featured as a panelist at the 2025 GAM Operational Excellence Conference, hosted by the Georgia Association of Manufacturers. This event will take place from Tuesday, June 10 to Thursday, June 12, 2025, at Cloudland at McLemore Resort, located on Lookout Mountain in Georgia. 

Tim will participate in the "Legal Roundtable – Ask a Lawyer!" session on Thursday, June 12 at 9:30 and 10:45 a.m. This dynamic panel is an open discussion covering topics spanning labor and employment law, workers’ compensation, immigration, and other legal matters of interest to the manufacturing industry. Attendees are encouraged to ask questions relevant to their operations.

Tim Newton is a partner in Constangy's Atlanta office. Tim represents employers in litigation involving employment discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Fair Labor Standards Act (both individual and collective actions), the Family and Medical Leave Act, and other state and federal laws. He also regularly counsels clients on employee relations issues. Tim is a frequent presenter on topics including harassment, diversity, FMLA/ADA, investigations, and proper employee documentation.
