Pioneer of AI Application in Law Firm Marketing and Business Development
A forward thinker and frequent early adopter, Jennifer has become a national pioneer and thought leader in ways firms can embrace artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics to transform legal marketing and business development.
While leading the development of the firm’s newly launched website last year, Jennifer leveraged innovative AI technology to rebrand and refresh hundreds of pages of content. She and her team developed custom generative pre-trained transformers (GPTs), including one that helped structure metadata in a consistent manner across the site to create a uniform brand voice. The GPT was especially valuable in formatting over 230 bios on the firm’s website to ensure consistency.
Leadership Role at Constangy
At Constangy, Jennifer works alongside top leadership to drive all marketing and business development strategies, leading and developing a distributed team of highly-skilled marketing professionals. This includes providing innovative guidance to the firm’s more than 220 attorneys, who account for some of the nation’s foremost leaders in labor & employment and cybersecurity & data privacy law, to facilitate continued growth across the firm’s national footprint.
Contributions to Legal and Local Communities
Throughout her career, Jennifer has held multiple leadership positions in the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) and has also served on the American Marketing Association’s (AMA) Board of Directors, demonstrating her commitment to advancing the marketing profession.
Jennifer’s civic contributions further showcase her leadership. As a member of the Greensboro Parks and Recreation’s Run for the Greenway Committee, she assisted with community events promoting environmental stewardship and greenway awareness.
