Overview

Amy has been in the legal industry for over 20 years, starting in 1994 at Greenebaum, Doll, and McDonald PLLC in Louisville, Kentucky. Today, she serves as Constangy's Chief Human Resource Officer, leading the Human Resources Department since 2002.

Her role at Constangy includes managing all facets of the Human Resources function, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, policy development, and employee communications. Through the firm's values and commitment to diversity, Amy strives to achieve an engaged, collaborative, and effective workforce providing forward-thinking counsel and good old-fashioned client service.

With Constangy's national presence spanning coast to coast, her role affords her the opportunity to interact regularly with attorneys and staff employees across the country, which she thoroughly enjoys.

Amy is originally from Memphis, Tennessee, and is a mother to two children, Meredith and John David. In her spare time, Amy enjoys watching college sports, cooking, traveling, and reading – all alongside her husband of 34 years, David.
