Overview

Daniel assists multinational corporate clients with their complex U.S. immigration needs, including nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence, and compliance issues. Daniel has experience advising both small and large corporations across a range of industries including technology, finance, e-commerce and transportation. Daniel’s areas of focus include: H-1B, L-1, E-3, & TN nonimmigrant visas, as well as PERM and EB-1 immigrant petitions, and Adjustment of Status applications.
