Overview
Jeffrey takes a full-service approach to his employment litigation practice, representing employers in a wide range of workplace matters.
He defends clients in cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour issues. Jeffrey’s experience spans both single-plaintiff disputes and complex class, collective, and representative actions.
Jeffrey works closely with employers to develop practical litigation strategies that align with business goals. He is focused on providing responsive, efficient counsel to help clients navigate employment claims while minimizing risk and disruption to their operations.
Before joining Constangy, Jeffrey practiced at a national litigation defense firm in Los Angeles. He earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School Los Angeles, where he externed for Justice Fred Woods of the California Court of Appeal, competed in Moot Court, and gained early courtroom experience conducting felony preliminary hearings as a certified law clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
