Katie defends employers, insurers, and self-insured clients in workers’ compensation matters across Georgia
Based in Atlanta, she focuses her practice on guiding clients through all stages of workers’ compensation claims, from initial filings to hearings, appeals, and final resolution. Katie works to protect her clients’ interests while ensuring compliance with Georgia’s workers’ compensation laws.
Katie began her legal career as a law clerk for Judge John M. Ott in the Alcovy Judicial Circuit. She moved into civil practice in 2007, focusing on workers’ compensation with an Atlanta firm before joining Constangy in 2015.
Katie is admitted to practice before all Georgia State and Superior Courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Workers’ Compensation Section.
